Missouri and Beyond

The O’Brien Law Firm primarily serves Midwest clients. Although we have represented clients from all over the country, most of our asbestos exposure cases are filed in Illinois and Missouri. Many of our clients currently live or work in the Midwest, or they lived or worked here when they were exposed to asbestos.

Additionally, many companies that made, sold and distributed asbestos and asbestos-containing materials are located in the Midwest.

Aside from the asbestos lawsuits we file in Missouri and Illinois state courts, we also file claims with asbestos bankruptcy trusts located throughout the United States. We manage these filings and claims from our office in St. Louis.
